I’m Tamara, the creative force behind this corner of the internet.
My passion for wellness and books started early—I’ve always believed that healthy habits are the path to a happy life. Back when I was a researcher and educator, I discovered the Mediterranean Diet lifestyle and fell in love with its simple, joyful approach to health. From sharing nutritious meals with friends to embracing natural movement and relaxation, I began elevating my everyday routines into a Mediterranean-inspired way of living.
In 2017, I started Love Beauty Thrive to share my wellness journey, never imagining it would grow into both a writing career and a supportive community. From nutritious meal ideas to the secrets of the Blue Zones, the Mediterranean Diet lifestyle has truly transformed my life.
Starting a family with my husband deepened my commitment to wellness. I wanted to create a better lifestyle for our kids, turning our hectic days into a vibrant, nourished, and mindful life. I’m not a chef, food photographer, or health professional—just a girl, wife, and mom of two, determined to learn and share one of the world’s healthiest ways to eat and live.
In 2025, I rebranded Love Beauty Thrive to focus on Mediterranean Diet and Blue Zones-inspired living. It’s been incredible to see how it’s helped so many embrace healthier, more fulfilling lives.
As a book lover, reading is also an essential part of my healthy lifestyle. That’s why I created the Reading Room—a special part of Love Beauty Thrive where I continue to share Book of the Month selections and celebrity book club picks.
My goal is to share what I learn about the Mediterranean Diet and its benefits in a way that’s simple and achievable for busy people and families – with a touch of book club love – for a life filled with love, beauty, and thriving health.
